Many foreign markets seem overheated, dollar is weak etc., but the emerging markets will continue to emerge, that's for sure. I have no clue (or not enough time to track) which of them I should pick, so I've got a lump investment in VWO. Picking individual country ETF's might be a faster way to earn, but this is far safer. Plus it will catch the countries that I'd never have enough time to study...
I like this ETF because of its exposure and low expense fees. It is a passive way to get exposure to China, HK, Brazil, etc. I feel that growth outside of the US will be greater in real terms on average over the next 20 years.
