Hi I have been investing for over 45 years and I have been retired for over 6 years.

I try to reduce my risk and maximize my return by only investing in investments that I think will approximately double in at least a three year period. This equates to about a 30% rate of return per year on successfull investments.

I am only joining this group to meet some new people and share information on investments. I do not suggest anyone follow my investments because they can be very risky and result in very large losses.

At the present time I expect the economy is in recession or will be shortly so I am mainly in money, markets, preferred stock, bonds or high risk bonds.
