Fundamental Analysis   Technical Analysis
The short-term correction in China is over. I'm adding this ETF (iShares FTSE/Xinhua China) to other country-specific ETF's (like EWX - Brazil), that hold the greater promise for growth globally. The breakout occured over 155.

Yes I would agree that "China: Short-term correction over" particularly if you consider that this country will be the epicenter of global economic growth in the 21st. With preparations for the summer Olympics well underway, Beijing has made impressive improvements in its infrastructure for example China is working extremely hard to become a responsible and respectful member of the global community. If you speak Mandarin and read through Chinese newspapers every day, making frequent trips over there is an advantage tn better understanding of the China Miracle.
I remain bullish going forward!

There's a typo in my preliminary comment. The Brazil ETF should be listed as EWZ (not EWX). Apologies.

Long term China is the growth story but this uptrend will experience many sharp corrections as is consistant with emerging markets. I agree it appears as though the FXI has reached an attractive entry point

We should see a rise in this name until at least the Olympics, as interest heightens and the government does all it can to showcase itself for the world.
