The irony abounds, fundamentals of trading that is. When I started out, it mostly was watching..for indu, spx levels on the news I soon got more interested typed started reading marketwatch.com, soon afterwards i had a link to investopedia.com there is where i have learn't everything that i now about charting and technical analysis ( most day traders use this form of analysis). So if you ask me one place i would say www.investopedia.com.

Theres a wealth of information in library would suggest you read all you can on technical and fundamental analysis. in addition to some books on market psychology and candle sticks.
